What Waalaxy does well
- It is quick to learn. It promises prospecting "sans compétences techniques", with no technical skills, and writes that "75 % de nos utilisateurs n’avaient jamais fait de prospection LinkedIn", 75% of its users had never prospected on LinkedIn (Waalaxy's home page).
- Invitation campaigns. Profile visits, invitations, messages and follow-ups run from your LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite searches.
- It paces the actions. It varies the number of actions each day to look like human use (Waalaxy's security article).
- A team in France. The company, Waapi, is based in Montpellier (Waalaxy's legal notice).

What Waalaxy costs
Waalaxy is paid per user. Its French pricing page opens on the Annual tab: €19, €49 and €69 a month; the prices without commitment (€39, €99 and €139) are those of the monthly tab on its English pricing page.

For three people on the Business plan, that is €417 a month without commitment. The page does not say whether its prices exclude VAT (pricing page FAQ).
Every plan has a 14-day trial and can be cancelled at any time. Emails, on the Business plan only, go out from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox: the domain and the addresses are yours to provide (Waalaxy help on sending emails).
Your LinkedIn account carries the risk
Waalaxy acts from your LinkedIn account. That account holds your network, your conversations, often years of relationships.
On its help page "Prohibited software and extensions", LinkedIn writes that members who use automation extensions "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down" (LinkedIn help).
Waalaxy, for its part, writes that it made its extension "completely undetectable to LinkedIn" (Waalaxy's security article). The account at stake is yours.
The same article writes that LinkedIn caps invitations at 200 a week, and that getting around that limit with automation tools, its own included, "is no longer functional". If you hit the limit, LinkedIn can block your invitations, typically for a week, and writes that it "cannot remove or shorten the wait period" (LinkedIn help on the invitation limit).
A closure costs more than a week without invitations: Waalaxy itself points out that if your account is permanently banned, LinkedIn prohibits creating another one (Waalaxy's article on banned accounts).

FindMyLead: nothing leaves your LinkedIn account
Waalaxy starts from your LinkedIn searches. FindMyLead starts from a sentence: "HR directors in Bordeaux, companies with 20 to 200 employees". The AI turns it into criteria shown on screen, which you correct. La Growth Machine: automation, from the cloud
La Growth Machine, a French company from Saint-Mandé, automates LinkedIn profile visits, invitations, messages and voice messages, then email, in one sequence. It says it operates "entièrement dans le cloud", entirely in the cloud, with no extension. The actions still leave from your account, and it writes itself that beyond a certain weekly volume, "vous risquez de déclencher les alertes de LinkedIn", you risk triggering LinkedIn's alerts (La Growth Machine's security page).
The Basic plan costs €60 a month per identity, that is per person who launches campaigns; the Pro plan costs €120 (€110 billed semi-annually). The trial lasts 14 days, with no card (La Growth Machine pricing).

lemlist: every channel in one sequence
lemlist automates email, LinkedIn and text messages, with a dialer and WhatsApp as an add-on, and has its own people database. The Multichannel plan costs €109 excl. VAT a month per user; the Email plan, at €69 excl. VAT, does not automate LinkedIn (lemlist pricing, lemlist help center). Its help center advises 20 LinkedIn invitations a day at most (lemlist limit settings).
