lemlist is prospecting software founded in 2018 (lemlist's company page) and headquartered in Paris. It sends email sequences and, on its Multichannel plan, automates LinkedIn, calls and text messages. Here is what it costs and what its users say about it.

This article is written by the FindMyLead team, which sells a tool that competes with lemlist. Prices and ratings were read on lemlist's pages and the review sites on 14 October 2026, with links.

The Multichannel plan is paid per user: for a team of three, the page shows €327 a month without commitment (lemlist pricing). Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on the billing address (lemlist help center).

The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. It gives access to the Multichannel features except calls, with 200 credits to find emails and phone numbers (FAQ on the pricing page).

What the credits cost

The Email plan includes no credits: finding an email address or a phone number is paid in credits, according to lemlist's help center:

  • an email found and verified: 5 credits;
  • a phone number: 20 credits;
  • a LinkedIn profile found: 1 credit;
  • a variable written by the AI: 1 credit per request.

The Multichannel plan includes 400 per user per month, which is 80 emails found.

The "Lead data enrichment" add-on gives 2,000 credits a month for €20 a month, which is 400 emails or 100 phone numbers (lemlist's pricing page). Beyond that, the help center lists 5,000 credits for $49 a month (lemlist credit table).

An example: 500 contacts a month with their email is 2,500 credits. On the Email plan, you would add the 5,000-credit pack to the plan price.

Sending mailboxes

lemlist sends from your own Google, Microsoft or other email addresses, which you connect. You can also buy a domain and addresses inside lemlist: from $10 a month per Google or Outlook address, $5 for an address outside Google and Outlook, and the domain is locked for one year (lemlist help center).

lemwarm, which gets inbox providers used to your new addresses so they do not land in spam, is included in every plan according to the FAQ on the pricing page.

What lemlist does well

  • Every channel in one tool. Emails, LinkedIn invitations and messages, voice messages, calls, text messages, and WhatsApp as an add-on, in one sequence.
  • Deliverability. Warm-up included, and sending limits.
  • AI that builds the campaign. lemAgent starts from your goal, finds the prospects, writes each message and waits for your approval before launching.
  • Integrations. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, n8n, and an interface in English, French, German and Spanish.

The ratings are high and consistent from one site to the next. On G2, the strengths cited most are ease of use (584 reviews) and features (370). Among the complaints, G2 counts missing features (208 reviews), price, "Expensive" (141), and the "Learning Curve" (125) (lemlist reviews on G2).

What comes back on the positive side:

  • one tool instead of several: "It replaced a patchwork of a sender, an enrichment tool, and a separate LinkedIn automation with one system" (a CEO on G2, July 2026);
  • support: "Mon problème a été géré en quelques minutes", my issue was handled within minutes (Trustpilot, August 2026, in French).

What comes back on the negative side:

  • complexity: "Le produit est en train de devenir une machine a gaz", the product is turning into an overbuilt contraption (Capterra, January 2025, in French);
  • credits: "enrichment credits are quickly consumed on large volumes" (a CEO on G2, August 2026);
  • the cost of LinkedIn for a team: automating more LinkedIn accounts means adding paid users (the same review on G2).

And your LinkedIn account?

On its French page about LinkedIn prospecting, lemlist promises to automate "sans risquer de vous faire bannir", without risking a ban (lemlist's LinkedIn prospecting page). Its help center is more careful: it advises 20 invitations a day at most (lemlist limit settings) and reminds users that only LinkedIn controls its restrictions (lemlist's article on LinkedIn restrictions). The actions leave from your own LinkedIn account: that account carries the risk.

Choose lemlist if…

  • you want to automate LinkedIn, calls and email in one sequence;
  • you run high-volume campaigns and want to set every condition and every delay;
  • you already have the time, or a person, to build and follow those sequences.

If you run a small services firm

The director of a consultancy or an engineering office looks for the right person first: the director, the HR director or the finance director of the company they target. That is what FindMyLead does (the founders' use case): you describe those people in one sentence, you see how many there are and who they are, for free, then the AI writes a LinkedIn message and an email for each one.

One credit pays for a contact and their LinkedIn profile. Their work email is looked up at no extra credit, found or not.

FindMyLead costs €69 a month for 500 credits, for the whole team and without commitment, sending domains included (our pricing). VAT does not apply: the price shown is the price paid (our pricing).

FindMyLead never acts on your LinkedIn account: you open the profile and send the prepared message yourself. It does not give mobile numbers yet and automates neither LinkedIn nor calls: if that is what you are after, lemlist does it.
