The people accessible through the Site come from a provider of professional profiles:
- Source: a provider of professional profiles, queried when a user searches for people
- Data: people's identity and professional information, public information about their company. FindMyLead keeps only the people a user adds to a list
- Email address: looked up on the user's request, for a person in their lists, with the same provider
Anyone concerned may object to appearing on FindMyLead at any time, on the /opt-out page.
FindMyLead does not purchase or rent personal data files. Profiles are looked up on demand and email addresses one by one, and nothing is ever resold.
7. Liability limitation
Accuracy of information
Thibaud Cathala strives to provide accurate information on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information provided, particularly regarding professional profiles, which come from a third-party provider.
Information on the Site is provided for guidance only and may change. It does not create any liability for Thibaud Cathala.
Use of the site
The user is solely responsible for their use of the information and data available on the Site. Thibaud Cathala shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to access the Site.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
